I can’t log in, even after resetting my password.

Some passwords seemed to corrupted when we upgraded to the latest version of our forum software during our site launch. If you’ve tried resetting your password and it still doesn’t work, just e-mail store@unknownworlds.com and mention your handle (and optionally, the password you’d like your account to use) and we can fix it up for you.

I forgot my password or I no longer have access to the e-mail address in my account

If you simply forgot your password, you can reset it here.

If you no longer have access to your e-mail address, write us at store@unknownworlds.comand tell us everything you can to convince us that you are the true owner of the account.

I seem to have lost my Constellation icon. How can I get it back?

Support for Constellation is now over.

How do I find my SteamID? How do I update my account to use it?

Easy, just follow these instructions. To update your account with it, make sure you’re logged in, then click your handle name in the upper-right to edit your profile, click Edit Profile Information, then enter it into the “Steam ID field”.

Can I still become a Constellation member?

No, the Constellation program is now closed. This marks the end of a difficult, but formative part of our history. Thanks for all your support! We wouldn’t be here today without you.
