Andrew, a loong time ago

OK this is plain eerie. I just realized that I met Andrew Spiering, our new awesome programmer, 11 years ago (10/11). Here’s an e-mail from him (with his permission of course):

"I just had a couple questions about Natural Selection. have you guys ever thought about making this a game, not a mod, because i think it would be a real good separate game by itself. Also the command mode are those screens actually from in game or are they concept ideas for the mode ? But i would really think about getting a good engine and making this mod into a great game because it would be a great game. I can say I would buy it."

Then he went and worked at Blizzard for years and now he’s working at Unknown Worlds! It has all come full circle…
