Open the floodgates. All information about NS v1.1 is now public. Head on over to the "Beta discussion" board under General Discussion in the NS forums. Changelogs, player feedback, feature lists, and balance discussions are under way. Playtesters and Veterans will be around to try to answer questions as well.
Note that there is still a moratorium on screenshots, while artwork is finalized. Enjoy!
