Another Small Update Released

It turns out lighting does strike twice! Earlier today, we did something unusual – We updated ‘default’ branch on Steam with a small set of changes. Normally, this stuff stays in Experimental branch and we wait for big new features, such as underwater bases or the Cyclops submarine, to update default.

Only a few hours later, we’ve done it again! This small update stops an awkward bug where players would transition to swimming, rather than walking, while moving around in big bases. Today was an unusual day for Subnautica updates!
